Agreement to These Terms

One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active account on bgd55. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of associated funds.
Fair Play at All Times
All games use certified RNG or live dealer technology. Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting systems, or collude with other players is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and voiding of associated winnings.
1. Account Registration
To access any real-money gaming or betting feature on bgd55, players must complete the registration process and create a verified account. - bgd55 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to give a reason.
2. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on bgd55 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka via local mobile payment networks available to Bangladesh players. The Platform does not accept international bank transfers, foreign currency deposits, or cryptocurrency payments at this time.
Clause 2.1
Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's bgd55 wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. bgd55 does not charge fees on standard BDT deposits; however, the player's mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which remain the player's responsibility.
Clause 2.2
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification check before processing. Standard BDT withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during operational hours. bgd55 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction.
Clause 2.3
Transaction Security
All transactions on bgd55 are protected by SSL encryption. The Platform operates an ongoing fraud monitoring programme. Any transaction identified as suspicious — including those associated with money laundering, bonus abuse, or payment fraud — will be suspended pending investigation. bgd55 reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings pending the outcome of any fraud investigation.
3. Bonuses and Promotions
bgd55 offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated alongside the individual promotion:
- Bonuses are available only to players who have completed registration and identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC are not eligible to claim any promotional offer.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific rollover multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are stated in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players who create multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once will have all associated accounts suspended and any bonus-derived funds forfeited.
- bgd55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including the right to change wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, or expiry dates of any active promotion.
- Bonuses are for entertainment purposes only. bgd55 does not guarantee that any promotional offer will result in a financial profit. Players should treat bonuses as an enhancement to their gaming experience, not as a financial instrument.
4. Betting and Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on bgd55, across all product categories including live casino, cricket betting, slots, and crash games. Product-specific rules may be supplemented by additional terms displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
Clause 4.1
Bet Acceptance and Void Bets
All bets are accepted subject to these Terms and the specific rules of the game or market selected. bgd55 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an incorrectly priced market, or placed after the relevant event has commenced without active in-play status. Void bets are returned to the player's wallet at the original stake amount.
Clause 4.2
Cricket Betting Markets
Cricket betting markets on bgd55 cover pre-match and in-play options for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other ICC-sanctioned events involving the Bangladesh Tigers. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, settlement will follow standard cricket settlement conventions as published on the platform at the time of the event.
Clause 4.3
Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on bgd55. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface prior to bet placement. bgd55 reserves the right to impose individual player stake limits at its discretion, including where a player's betting patterns present unusual risk to the Platform.
5. Responsible Gaming
bgd55 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. The Platform makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered players at any time from the account dashboard after login: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed during the active period.
bgd55 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where there is evidence of problem gambling behaviour, regardless of whether the player has voluntarily requested such restrictions. This includes the right to contact players directly where the Platform identifies patterns of play that may indicate a gambling-related difficulty.

6. Account Suspension and Termination
bgd55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice where any of the following circumstances apply:
- The player is found to have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point during the use of the Platform.
- The player is found to be under the age of 21 at any point during their use of the Platform, irrespective of how long the account has been active.
- The player is found to have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using automated systems to exploit promotional offers, or colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
- The player's account shows activity consistent with money laundering, payment fraud, or any other criminal activity. In such cases bgd55 may report the activity to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any investigation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the bgd55 platform — including but not limited to the site design, layout, graphics, game interfaces, logos, brand names, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive property of bgd55 or its licensed content providers. Nothing on the Platform grants any player a licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from bgd55.
Players may not use any bgd55 branding, logo, or trademark in any context — online or offline — without express written permission. Unauthorised use of bgd55 intellectual property may result in legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
bgd55 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Platform takes reasonable steps to ensure continuity and reliability of service, bgd55 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. bgd55 shall not be liable for any losses — whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from Platform downtime, game malfunctions, connectivity failures, or delays in transaction processing that are outside the Platform's reasonable control.
In no event shall bgd55's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bgd55 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
bgd55 collects, processes, and stores player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, players consent to the collection and use of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data is used solely for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and communicating promotional offers to opted-in players. bgd55 does not sell or transfer player personal data to unaffiliated third parties. 10. Amendments to These Terms

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising between bgd55 and a player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through bgd55's internal complaints process by contacting the support team at [email protected]. bgd55 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels available in Bangladesh.
